• 1 butternut squash or Hokkaido
• ½ onion
• 1-2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• ¾ bunch of chopped parsley
• spoon of dried tomatoes Pastena with garlic OLE!
• Salt and pepper
Cut the pumpkin into pieces, peel and bake in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees until tender. Cook the onion until golden brown.
Blend the baked pumpkin and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything up.
Serve it with your favourite fresh or crisp bread.
