Pasta with Dry Tomato Paste, chicken, and arugula


  • 1 (black bean, lentil, or corn) pasta pack
  • Dried Tomatoes Strips in Oil with Herbs OLE!
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)
  • 1 handful of augula
  • 1 chicken breast
  • meat marinade: 2 tablespoons of yoghurt + 2 tablespoons of oil + salt, pepper

Dice the meat or cut into bigger pieces and add to the yoghurt marinade. Leave for 1 hour (or overnight). Fry/grill or bake on a little oil.

Cook the pasta in salted water. Blend the dried tomatoes. Carefully mix the dried tomato paste together with olive oil and arugula and add to the cooked pasta. Mix carefully and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
