- 1 (black bean, lentil, or corn) pasta pack
- ½ of a jar of OLE! Pastena Dry Tomato Paste + 2 tablespoons of premium olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic (optional)
- 1 handful of augula
- 1 chicken breast
- meat marinade: 2 tablespoons of yoghurt + 2 tablespoons of oil + salt, pepper
Dice the meat or cut into bigger pieces and add to the yoghurt marinade. Leave for 1 hour (or overnight). Fry/grill or bake on a little oil.
Cook the pasta in salted water. Carefully mix the Pastena together with the olive oil and arugula and add to the cooked pasta. Mix carefully and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
