Vege tartare with dried tomatoes OLE!
-2-3 rice wafers
-a whole jar of dried tomatoes in oil with herbs and sunflower seeds OLE!
-1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
-1 teaspoon of soy sauce
-1 tablespoon beetroot juice or water (for color and consistency)
–capers in vinegar OLE!
-Finely chopped red onion
Crumble the rice wafers or grind them in a pulsating manner with a blender, then put them in a bowl.
Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes or blend them in a bowl.
Add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and beetroot juice or water, mix thoroughly.
If the tartare does not stick to the right consistency, add a little water.
Set aside for about 15 minutes. After this time, you can form them in a ramekin or a small bowl and “pour” it onto a plate.
Serve with finely chopped red onions and capers.
