Vegan sun-dried tomato and cashew paste for sandwiches

• 100g toasted cashews
• ½ jar Sun-dried tomatoes with capers in oil with herbs OLE! (including the oil)
• Chili pepper (amount depending on spiciness)
• Spices: ½ teaspoon each of smoked paprika, sweet paprika, cumin, salt, pepper

Soak the cashews in water for about 1 hour before preparing the paste. In a blender, combine cashews, tomatoes, capers, and spices. Blend until smooth, adding a few tablespoons of oil at the end if the mixture is too dry. Serve with warm baguette.
