Tenderloin in pineapple with garlic in oil with herbs OLE!

– 1 large pork tenderloin
Garlic in oil with herbs OLE!
For the marinade:
– salt pepper,
– 2 tablespoons of garlic oil
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1/3 juicy pineapple
– 1 tablespoon of butter

Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices. Cook in butter to make it softer and more aromatic. Wash and clean the tenderloin. Marinate it in pepper and olive oil, preferably a few hours in a cool place. Remember to take it out of the refrigerator at least half an hour before cooking. You can also add a tablespoon of Provencal herbs. Cut the tenderloin into 1.5 cm slices. Break it with your hand (do not use a pestle). Cook in well-heated oiled pan for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. In the meantime, add garlic to the pan. After cooking, salt and set aside for at least 1 minute. Serve meat with pieces of hot pineapple and garlic.
