- tagliatelle pasta
- 2 shallots
- a glass of dry white wine
- 100ml of cream 30%
- 2 cloves of garlic
- spices: hammered pepper, a pinch of chilli pepper, salt
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- pitted black olives OLE!
- a sprig of fresh rosemary
- Parmesan cheese
Cook the pasta according to the package (set aside 1/3 cup of water from the cooked pasta for the sauce).
Chop the shallots. Cook them in butter with chopped garlic, wine and a sprig of rosemary.
After the wine has evaporated, add the cream and spices.
Wait for the sauce to thicken and add the pasta water.
Add the olives, add the pasta and mix everything. Finally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
