Tacos with beef and canned white garlic OLE !


  • 500g of freshly ground beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small can of red beans
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1 can of tomatoes (sliced)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Tacos shells (Taco Shells)
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Canned white garlic OLE!
  • Lime
  • ½ red onion
  • fresh parsley
  • yellow cheese (optional)

Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Slice half of one avocado, mash the rest with a fork and make guacamole. Add one clove of garlic, salt, pepper and lime juice. Cover with foil and set in the fridge for a while. Chop the onions and cook until golden brown. Add chopped chilli and chopped garlic. Cook for a while. Add the meat and continue cooking until the meat completely changes color (cook for about 10 minutes). After this time, add the sliced tomatoes. Keep on fire for about 15-20 minutes. Season to taste. Cool the meat filling for a while and put it into the shell. Put avocado slices on top, a tablespoon of guacamole, chopped red onion and white garlic OLE! Alternatively – before putting guacamole, parsley and garlic in the avocado – sprinkle the filling with cheese and bake in the oven until dissolved (approx.10-15 minutes).
