- 200 g thin salmon slices
- 1 pack of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of chopped dill
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/3 of OLE! capers in vinegar pack
Combine the cheese with the cream, chopped garlic, herbs, and pepper. Spread the salmon slices on a block. Put the stuffing and a few capers in the middle of each one and roll as you do with sushi.
The ready rolls can be sprinkled with soy sauce or served as a side dish.
