Sushi Balls with marinated sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients:

For the sauce:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Paprika powder

Preparation:

  1. Cook the rice and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix some mayonnaise with paprika powder. Set aside.
  3. Cut the salmon, nori, and marinated sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces, then add them to a bowl with the cooked, drained rice.
  4. Peel and dice the avocado and add it to the bowl.
  5. Mix everything together thoroughly, then shape the mixture into balls.
  6. Place the finished sushi balls on a plate and top them with the mayonnaise–paprika sauce.
