Sushi Balls with marinated sun-dried tomatoes
Ingredients:
- Rice
- Marinated sun-dried tomatoes with oregano OLE!
- Salmon
- Avocado
- Nori sheets
For the sauce:
- Mayonnaise
- Paprika powder
Preparation:
- Cook the rice and let it cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix some mayonnaise with paprika powder. Set aside.
- Cut the salmon, nori, and marinated sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces, then add them to a bowl with the cooked, drained rice.
- Peel and dice the avocado and add it to the bowl.
- Mix everything together thoroughly, then shape the mixture into balls.
- Place the finished sushi balls on a plate and top them with the mayonnaise–paprika sauce.
