• ½ large broccoli
• 300g of beef tenderloin
• 1 onion
• 4 tablespoons of pickled golden onion OLE!
• 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
• 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon of potato flour
• 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
• 2 cloves of garlic
• spoon of sesame oil
• rice or rice noodles
• white or black sesame
Divide the broccoli into pieces and boil it in salted water to al dente for about 5-7 minutes to make it crunchy, but not raw. In a separate dish, mix the grated ginger with grated garlic, add the soy and oyster sauce. Set aside.
Chop the onion and cook it. When its nicely browned, set aside in the bowl.
Cut the beef into strips and cook in very hot oil. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sesame oil, fried onion and broccoli.
Cook everything for about 2 minutes. Add the prepared sauce (previously thoroughly mixed with flour), bring to the boil and cook for a few more minutes. Add pickled onions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with rice or noodles.
