Spinach and Black Olive Baked Feta Pasta
Ingredients:
• 300 g pasta
• 1 block of feta cheese
• 10 cherry tomatoes
• 400 g frozen spinach cubes
• Salt, pepper
• Pitted black olives OLE!
• Olive oil
• 250 g cream
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Dried chili flakes
Place the feta block, spinach cubes, and cherry tomatoes in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil and cream, season with salt and pepper. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted water and reserve ½ cup of the cooking water. Mash the baked feta and vegetables into a sauce, adding the reserved pasta water. Stir in the olives and serve with the warm pasta.
