Spaghetti in lemon-caper sauce with parsley

– 2 portions of spaghetti (approx. 150 g of dry pasta)
– 1 jar of capers with herbs in oil OLE!
– 2-3 cloves of garlic
– 1 medium lemon
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 bunch of parsley

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Chop the garlic or squeeze it through the press. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and add garlic. When it turns slightly brown, add a jar of capers. Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, add the juice of one lemon and chopped parsley. Mix the pasta with the sauce in the pan. Ready!
