– double organic chicken breast
– 2 ripe pears
– ½ pack of gorgonzola cheese
– pickled silver onion OLE!
Marinade For Chicken:
-1 tablespoon of honey
– 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
– salt pepper
– 1-2 cloves of garlic
– Italian nuts
In a large bowl, combine ingredients for the marinade.
Dice the chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Fry the chicken until golden. Cheese and peeled pears cut into cubes.
Put pieces of chicken, onions, cheese and pears on the skewers.
Arrange on arugula accompanied by nuts.
