Skewers with Olives, Mozzarella, Ham, and Grilled Vegetables

• Mini mozzarella balls
• Cherry tomatoes
• Slices of ham
• Basil leaves
Green olives with pepper paste OLE!
Grilled vegetables:
• Red bell pepper
• Zucchini
• Red onion
• Olive oil
• Dried Provence herbs
• Salt and pepper

Cut the vegetables into pieces, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Grill the vegetables. On skewers, alternately thread grilled vegetables, cherry tomatoes, olives, mini mozzarella, folded slices of ham, and basil leaves. Serve with your favorite dip.
