Shashliks with salmon and OLE! Olives with Chopped Garlic, Herbs, and Oil



  • cream cheese with 1 clove of garlic and chopped fresh herbs, soy sauce separately (for serving)
  • shashlik sticks

Cut the cooked (in skins) potatoes into four pieces or dice them (as you please).

Dice the salmon, sprinkle with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and skewer interchangeably with salmon, potatoes, olives, and garlic onto the sticks. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and lemon and arrange on a preheated grilling pan. When the shashliks turn brown on one side, flip them over. Serve with cream cheese and soy sauce for dipping.
