• lettuce (favourite kind – according to preferences)
• 2-3 ripe pears
• 50g feta cheese (you can also use goat or blue cheese)
• 2 handfuls of walnuts
• half a jar of OLE! black olives pitted
• a few slices of Parma ham
• olive oil
• teaspoon of vinegar
• thick balsamic sauce
Combine the ingredients for the sauce.
Roast the nuts in a dry pan.
Peel the pears and cut them into slices or cubes.
Wash and dry the lettuce. Put it in a dish and combine with half of the sauce.
Put pears, cheese, ham, olives and nuts on the lettuce. Pour the rest of the sauce and optionally add balsamic sauce.
