- 200 g buckwheat
- 3 cooked beets
- 1/3 of jar of OLE! silver marinated onions
- goat cheese
- handful of arugula
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- favourite herbs
- salt, pepper
Cook the buckwheat in salted water according to the directions. Dice the beets. Melt the butter and add pressed garlic and your favourite herbs.
Combine the buckwheat with the melted garlic and-herb butter. Add salt and pepper for flavour. Add arugula, cheese, and finally add the marinated onions to the salad.
You can sprinkle some olive oil on top.
