Salad with breaded cheese and capers OLE!
• ½ red onion
• 1 camembert/brie cheese
• handful of dried cranberries
• arugula /Mache lettuce
• 1 egg
• bread crumbs
• capers in oil OLE!
• olive oil, salt, pepper
• Lemon juice
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 teaspoon of honey
Combine the ingredients for the sauce and put it in the fridge.
Slice the cucumbers and onions. Arrange the lettuce leaves on the plate. Put cucumbers and onions on top.
Sprinkle with dried cranberries.
Coat the camembert in the egg and then in bread crumbs. Cook for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Put on a plate with lettuce and capers OLE! and sauce.
