Salad with beetroot, grilled cheese, chicken and marinated silver onion OLE!
Ingredients:
- 2 cooked beets
- lettuce with arugula
- halloumi grilling cheese
- a pack of chicken tenderloin
- favourite dried herbs
- Silver onion in vinegar OLE!
- 1 clove of garlic
Sauce:
- olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- ½ lemon
- salt, pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sarepian mustard
First – dressing: combine olive oil, garlic, honey, lemon juice and mustard. Season to the taste. Set aside. Marinate chicken in olive oil with garlic, favourite dried herbs, salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet pan until golden brown. Meantime, cut the beetroots into a thick slices. Grill the halloumi on a gill pan, until golden brown ouside and soft inside. Mix the salad with dressing (leave some for the end). Arrange on a plate – put beetroots slices, marinated silver onion OLE!, grilled halloumi and chicken. Pour the remaining dressing over.
