Salad with beetroot, grilled cheese, chicken and marinated silver onion OLE!


  • 2 cooked beets
  • lettuce with arugula
  • halloumi grilling cheese
  • a pack of chicken tenderloin
  • favourite dried herbs
  • Silver onion in vinegar OLE!
  • 1 clove of garlic


  • olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • ½ lemon
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sarepian mustard

First – dressing: combine olive oil, garlic, honey, lemon juice and mustard. Season to the taste. Set aside. Marinate chicken in olive oil with garlic, favourite dried herbs, salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet pan until golden brown. Meantime, cut the beetroots into a thick slices. Grill the halloumi on a gill pan, until golden brown ouside and soft inside. Mix the salad with dressing (leave some for the end). Arrange on a plate – put beetroots slices, marinated silver onion OLE!, grilled halloumi and chicken. Pour the remaining dressing over.
