– Jar of Pitted Green Olives OLE!
– 25g fresh yeast
– 700g flour
– 25ml milk
– 100ml warm water
– A teaspoon of sugar
– Half a teaspoon of salt
– A tablespoon of oil
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar. Add 500g of flour, mix thoroughly until all ingredients mix together. Leave for 15 minutes for the yeast to start working. Add the oil, salt and the rest of the flour, kneading the dough by hand until it is smooth. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape them into buns, stuffing them with chopped olives. Decorate the ready rolls with olives, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary leaves and chilli flakes. Wait 30 minutes.
Optionally, put in 2-3 sprigs of rosemary for baking – the skin will be even more aromatic.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190’C, until the rolls are golden.
