- 2 chicken breasts
- soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (if available)
- peanut oil or other
- salt & pepper
- Dried tomatoes in oil with herbs OLE!
Wash the chicken, dry and dice it (remove the membranes). Combine soy sauce with vinegar, oyster sauce and honey. Add grated ginger and chopped/pressed garlic. Put the meat in the sauce for about 15 minutes. Take out (leave the sauce) and cook the chicken on peanut oil on both sides until it turns colour. Pour in the sauce and reduce the heat. Cook for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, add Dried tomatoes in oil with herbs OLE! Serve with rice and chives.
