Quick Salad with Sun-dried Tomatoes in Oil with Herbs and Black Olives OLE!



  • olive oil
  • honey mustard (to make it sweet)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • vinegar
  • salt pepper

Combine the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Start preparing croutons. Dice the bread, combine with herbs, olive oil and garlic. Mix thoroughly and cook in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Slice the lettuce in half and gently coat it with olive oil and also cook it. Put dried tomatoes in oil strips in oil with herbs and black olives OLE! on the warm lettuce along with cherry tomatoes and croutons. Pour the sauce over it all.
