Quick pizza with mascarpone, salmon and olives


  • 1 ball of ready-made, raw dough from your favourite pizzeria or a pizza base from the store
  • 250g of mascarpone
  • sliced green olives OLE!
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • smoked salmon
  • basil for sprinkling (we can replace with arugula)
  • green pesto

Add salt and pepper to the mascarpone. Mix thoroughly. Roll out the dough into a thin cake. Put mascarpone on top. Grate the mozzarella and spread it evenly over the pizza. Sprinkle generously with green olives. Bake in a fully preheated oven until pizza is golden brown (about 10 minutes). After removing from the oven, immediately put  smoked salmon and basil leaves and carefully put on pesto.
