• 2 tortilla wraps
• 6 slices of yellow cheese + extra for topping (amount as desired)
• 4-5 slices of salami
• Tomato passata
• 1 clove of garlic
• Green olives with pepper paste OLE!
• ½ teaspoon of oregano, herbes de Provence, and basil
• Salt, a pinch of red pepper or black pepper
• Basil leaves
Mix the passata with spices and chopped garlic. On one tortilla wrap, arrange slices of yellow cheese along with salami. Place the second wrap on top. Spread passata over the entire surface and add grated cheese and olives.
You can also add other favorite toppings. Bake at 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes until the pizza’s top is golden brown.
