Quick pan pizza with Bruschetta OLE!
• 100g of flour
• 65 ml of water
• spoon of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• pinch of salt
Filling – basic version
(you can modify the ingredients – can also prepare a meat version with salami / ham / sausage or a vegetarian version)
• Bruschetta tomatoes + garlic + oregano OLE!
• 2 tablespoons of tomato puree with herbs
• ¾ mozzarella packs
• Red onion
• basil leaves
Mix all the ingredients for the pizza dough and knead it into a ball. Roll on a piece of the size of a skillet. Brush the (cold) skillet with oil and place the rolled out sheet. Cook until the bottom of the pizza is golden brown. Flip over and spread the sauce over the top. On top of it we Bruschetta tomatoes + garlic + oregano OLE !, favourite toppings, mozzarella and onion slices.
Cover with a lid or a second skillet of similar diameter (if you do not have a lid). Cook covered for 10 minutes. Be careful that the bottom does not burn.
