Quick chicken in cream sauce with capers in vinegar OLE!


  • 400g chicken tenderloin
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • sweet pepper, salt, pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 300ml of high-fat cream
  • 2 tablespoons of cream 18%
  • bunch of dill
  • package of mini mushrooms
  • Capers in vinegar OLE!

Wash the tenderloin, dry it, remove the epithelium and cut it into smaller pieces (you can leave it whole, but then you have to fry it longer). Sprinkle with red pepper, salt and pepper. Add the mustard. Put everything together and marinate minimum 20 minutes ( you can leave it overnight).

At this time, chop the onions along with garlic. Add the mushrooms and cook everything until golden brown. Add the chicken in the pan and cook for about 5-10 minutes until light browning.
