Puff Pastry with Dried Tomatoes in Oil OLE!
Ingredients:
- ready-made puff pastry
- feta cheese
- cherry tomatoes
- basil pesto
- sun-dried tomatoes in oil with herbs OLE!
Preparation:
Cut the cherry tomatoes and the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces. Unroll the puff pastry on the countertop. Spread basil pesto evenly over the entire surface. Sprinkle with pieces of feta cheese, then add the chopped cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes. Roll the pastry into a long log. Make shallow cuts every few centimeters. Use a stick to slightly widen the cuts. Shape the pastry into a wreath and place it on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at about 190°C (375°F) for around 45 minutes.
