Protein Bread with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients:
• 500 g cottage cheese
• 1 cup oatmeal
• ½ cup flaxseed, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds (each)
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• A pinch of pepper
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp favorite herbs (e.g., Provençal herbs)
• ½ jar of sun-dried tomatoes in oil with marinated pepper OLE!

Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into smaller pieces. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork. Add eggs and blend. Add the remaining ingredients, season, and mix thoroughly using a spatula.
Form a loaf and place it on baking paper. Bake at 190°C for one hour.
