Protein Bake with Herbs, Vegetables, and Olives

– 4 eggs
– 1 cottage cheese
– 1 red onion, finely diced
– a handful of fresh basil and parsley
– a handful of cherry tomatoes
– 50g feta (or mozzarella)
– ½ jar Green Olives with paprika paste OLE!
– salt, pepper, favorite spices

Whisk eggs in an ovenproof dish and combine with cottage cheese. Add herbs, diced red onion, tomatoes, and olives. Finally, add cheese.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
