- Bread/ciabatta roll
- Prosciutto ham
- Garlic with Herbs in Oil OLE!
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Dried chilli flakes
Slice the bread/ciabatta into thick slices and lightly drizzle with olive oil or oil from Garlic with Herb in Oil OLE!. Place them in the oven/toaster and toast until they become crispy. Spread a generous amount of pesto on each slice. Top with prosciutto and Garlic with Herbs in Oil OLE!. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chili flakes, if desired. Serve the croutons warm on a bed of arugula.
