Potato Waffles with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients:
• 4-6 potatoes (choose smaller ones, adjust the amount based on hunger, 1 potato equals 1 waffle)
• 12% sour cream
• 1 garlic clove
• Oil for spraying
• Salt, pepper
• Fresh herbs for sour cream: dill, parsley
• ½ teaspoon Provencal herbs
• Sun-dried tomatoes with marinated pepper in oil with herbs OLE!
Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water. Let them cool.
Mix the sour cream with garlic and spices. Spray the waffle iron with oil and place two potatoes. Spray each potato with oil, sprinkle with herbs and a pinch of salt. Close the waffle iron and bake until the potatoes are golden. Serve the potato waffles warm with sour cream and pieces of sun-dried tomatoes in oil with pickled pepper.
