Pork Tenderloin with Chanterelles and Mushrooms

Ingredients:
• Pork tenderloin
• 500 g fresh chanterelles
• 250 ml heavy cream
• 1 onion
• Fresh parsley
• Oil
• Pepper, salt
• ½ teaspoon thyme
• 1 garlic clove
Marinated mushrooms with carrots and onions OLE!

Wash the meat, clean it from imperfections, and remove the membrane.
Cut into 1.5 cm slices. Add pepper, thyme, and drizzle with oil. Set aside.

Thoroughly clean the chanterelles in salted water. Cut larger mushrooms into smaller pieces. Dice the onion and fry it with garlic in butter. After a moment, add the chanterelles. Fry for about 15 minutes. Season, remove from heat, and transfer to a bowl.
In the same pan, prepare the meat – add oil, increase the heat, and fry the meat for about 1.5 minutes on each side.
After this time, add the marinated mushrooms with onions and carrots, and the chanterelles. Sauté and pour in the cream. Cook until thickened. Add parsley. Serve the dish warm.
