Pasta with shrimp and OLE! dried tomatoes


Cook pasta al dente in salted water.
Defrost and rinse the shrimp.
Melt the butter in a pan. Cut the garlic cloves and chilli pepper into thin slices and add to the melted butter. Keep on the flame and stir frequently to keep the garlic from burning. Add shrimp. Continue to fry for about 2 minutes and add chopped parsley leaves, cocktail tomatoes, and dried tomatoes. Continue to fry for another minute. Add olive oil and the cooked pasta. Season to taste. Best served immediately.
