Pasta with Prosciutto, Arugula, and Capers


-1 package of pasta
Capers in oil with herbs OLE!
-1 package of Prosciutto ham
-2 large handfuls of cherry tomatoes
-2-3 handfuls of arugula leaves
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 chili pepper
-Parmesan cheese
-Olive oil
-Salt, freshly ground black pepper

Cook the pasta in salted water (reserve 1/3 cup of pasta cooking water). In olive oil, sauté finely chopped garlic slices. Add chopped chili pepper, halved cherry tomatoes. Add the pasta water and let it evaporate. Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked pasta, arugula leaves, and capers.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh arugula leaves.
