Pasta casserole with beets and capers

• 200g of pasta of your choice
• 3 boiled beets
• 70g of feta cheese
• 30g grated cheese or Parmesan cheese
• 2 eggs
• 150g of mushrooms
• 2 onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 chicken breasts
• 1 teaspoon of rosemary
• 1/3 jar of capers in vinegar OLE !
• 200g of cream

Boil the noodles al dente in salted water. Chop the onions, wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Cook until all the ingredients are golden brown.
Add chopped garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper. Put it into a bowl.
Pour the oil into the pan and throw in the sliced pieces of meat. Season the meat with rosemary, salt and pepper. We add the onion with mushrooms. Mix thoroughly and cook for about 10 minutes.
Finally, add the pasta and mix thoroughly. Set aside. Dice the beets.
In a bowl, combine the cream with eggs, grated cheese and spices. Put the pasta with onion and meat in an ovenproof dish, capers, beets, and crushed feta cheese.
Pour all the cream sauce over it. Bake in oven until golden brown at 180 Celsius degrees for about 20 minutes.
