🍜 Ingredients:
- rice noodles
- 1 egg
- tofu / chicken / shrimp
- a handful of bean sprouts
- spring onion
- 1–2 tsp garlic chilli in oil OLE!
- 2 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce)
- 1 tsp sugar
- lime juice
- peanuts
👩🍳 Preparation:
- Soak the rice noodles according to the package instructions.
- Heat a little oil with OLE! chili garlic in a pan and add your protein of choice (tofu, chicken, or shrimp).
- Add the egg and stir quickly.
- Add the noodles, fish sauce, sugar, and a splash of lime juice.
- Finally, toss in the bean sprouts and spring onion, then stir briefly.
