Pad Thai with Chilli Garlic

🍜 Ingredients:

  • rice noodles
  • 1 egg
  • tofu / chicken / shrimp
  • a handful of bean sprouts
  • spring onion
  • 1–2 tsp  garlic chilli in oil OLE!
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • lime juice
  • peanuts

👩‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. Soak the rice noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat a little oil with OLE! chili garlic in a pan and add your protein of choice (tofu, chicken, or shrimp).
  3. Add the egg and stir quickly.
  4. Add the noodles, fish sauce, sugar, and a splash of lime juice.
  5. Finally, toss in the bean sprouts and spring onion, then stir briefly.
