One-Pot Tagliatelle with Garlic OLE!
Ingredients:
- pasta (tagliatelle)
- cherry tomatoes
- red onion
- garlic with herbs OLE!
- spinach
- heavy cream (30%)
- tomato passata
- broth
Preparation:
Place the tagliatelle in a deep pan along with halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, sliced OLE! garlic with herbs, and spinach. Add a large spoonful of tomato passata into the center of the pasta nests. Pour in the broth and heavy cream. Cook everything together, stirring occasionally, until the pasta becomes tender.
