• 2 eggs
• ½ shallots
• 3 tablespoons of grated hard cheese
• few slices of bacon cut into small cubes
• handful of parsley, dill
• salt, pepper
• ½ jar of Bruschetta tomatoes + herbs OLE!
• 1 tablespoon of butter
Cook the onion and chopped bacon in a skillet. In a bowl, combine and mix the eggs. Add chopped herbs, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Mix thoroughly. Heat the butter in a skillet. Pour in the egg mass. Wait until the edges are done and transfer to the other side.
Take the omelette on the plate, put the Bruschetta tomatoes + herbs OLE! in the middle. Serve it warm.
