Omelette with bacon and tomatoes and green olives OLE!
Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• ½ shallots
• 3 tablespoons of grated hard cheese
• few slices of bacon cut into small cubes
• handful of parsley, dill
• salt, pepper
• green sliced olives OLE!
• few cherry tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon of butter
Cook the onion and chopped bacon in a skillet. In a bowl, combine and mix the eggs. Add chopped herbs, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Mix thoroughly. Heat the butter in a skillet. Pour in the egg mass. Wait until the edges are done and transfer to the other side.
Take the omelette on the plate, put few halves of cherry tomatoes and green sliced olives OLE! in the middle. Serve it warm.
