Olives baked in batter

green olives with pepper paste OLE!
– 150g of flour
– 120g cold butter
– 250g cheese (fine grated)
– salt
– a teaspoon of powdered sweet pepper
– a pinch of powdered cayenne pepper (optional) and chopped rosemary

Sift the flour into a bowl and combine with the grated cheese and chopped butter. Add spices. Make a ball, wrap it in foil and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour. Drain the olives. Make a roll from a dough with a diameter of about 5-6 cm, cut it into slices about 1 cm thick. Put olive oil in the center of each slice and make balls. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 20 minutes, until they are golden brown.
