Millet cutlets with dried tomatoes with pepper marinated in oil with herbs OLE!
• 200g of millet
• ½ jar of Dried Tomatoes with Peppers Marinated in Oil with Herbs OLE!
• 1 cup of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
• a small bunch of parsley
• 1 onion
• 1 teaspoon of hot pepper
• ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
• salt & pepper
Grind sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds (e.g. in a coffee grinder). Chop the onion and fry it until golden brown. Rinse the groats several times, pour 2 cups of boiling water over them, salt and cook until the water is absorbed (about 15-20 minutes). Combine the cooked groats with ground seeds, dried tomatoes and chopped and browned onions. Season with herbs and spices. Put everything together thoroughly and form the meatballs with moistened hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. We can also fry the patties in oil.
