Herbal omelette with OLE! dried tomatoes with cranberries


Combine the mayonnaise with cream cheese, garlic, and spices.
Beat the eggs with milk. Add chopped herbs. Season to taste.
Melt some butter or oil in a pan. Add 1 part of the mass and the tomato strips with cranberries from the jar. Keep frying until the outside of the eggs sets. Repeat with remaining mass (this recipe serves three people).

Serve cold or hot with sauce.
