– 1 package of feta cheese (160g)
– 2 cloves of garlic
– a large handful of basil
– 200 g of Greek yogurt
– ½ teaspoon each of dried rosemary, oregano and thyme
– cherry tomatoes
– pitted green olives OLE!
– ½ red onion cut into feathers
– olive oil (about 4 tablespoons)
Combine the ingredients for the dip.
Add chopped tomatoes, olives, chopped onion, basil. Pour olive oil. Salt and pepper. Serve with baguette or chopped vegetables.
