Grilled salmon with grilled cheese and cranberry sauce with pitted black olives OLE!

– salmon fillet
– 1 tablespoon of mustard
– 1 teaspoon of honey
– 1 clove of garlic
– 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
– salt & pepper

– 100g of cranberries in a jar
– 1 tablespoon thick balsamic vinegar
– halloumi cheese or other grillable cheese
Pitted black olives OLE!
– arugula

Combine salmon with mustard, honey, squeezed garlic and spices.
Leave for at least 1 hour. During this time, prepare the sauce: put the cranberries in a pan and reduce with balsamic vinegar for about 5 minutes. Rub them on a sieve to make a uniform sauce.
Grill the salmon on a not too hot fire on both sides for 4 minutes on each side.
Separately, grill the cheese in a pan until browned. Serve the fish on arugula leaves, with grilled cheese, olives, and sauce.
