Gnocchi with Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients:


Preparation:

  1. Heat some oil in a pan (you can use the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes).
  2. Add the crushed garlic.
  3. Toss in the fresh spinach leaves and sauté briefly.
  4. Add the cream and curry powder.
  5. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes (as much as you like).
  6. Finally, add the pre-cooked gnocchi and mix everything together well.
