Gluten-free zucchini pizzas with sun-dried tomatoes strips in oil with herbs and sunflower OLE!
• 1 large zucchini
• tomato puree
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• salami (optional)
• favorite yellow cheese (topping for sprinkling)
• Dried tomatoes in strips in oil with herbs and sunflower OLE!
• Thyme for sprinkling
• olive oil
Fry the courgettes with garlic. Add tomatoes. Season and wait for the sauce to evaporate. Set aside. Cut the courgettes into slices about 1.5 cm thick. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put tomatoes on the zucchini slices, mushroom slices, salami (optional), mozzarella, dried tomatoes in dogs in oil with herbs and sunflower OLE! Sprinkle everything with cheese and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the courgettes are soft and the cheese is melted.
