- 2 slices of white bread
- 5 eggs
- 40 ml of milk
- salt & pepper
- ½ teaspoon of your favorite dried herbs
- 1/3 jar of Bruschetta tomatoes + herbs OLE!
Beat eggs with milk in a deep plate using a fork. Add salt, pepper and dried herbs.Heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan. Meanwhile, soak the toast in milk-egg mixture and cook in hot fat until golden brown. During this time, prepare scrambled eggs separately on butter.
Add Bruschetta tomato + Herbs OLE! to it. Transfer to hot toast. Sprinkle with dill.
