Flambé with Goat Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomatoes


-200g flour
-100ml lukewarm water
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 teaspoon salt

On top:
-200ml 18% sour cream
-1 clove of garlic, minced
Sun-dried tomatoes with pumpkin seeds in oil with herbs OLE!
-125-140g goat cheese
-150g bacon (or ham)
1/2 red onion
-Salt, pepper
-1/2 teaspoon thyme

Cut bacon or ham into pieces and sauté. Mix sour cream with salt, pepper, and pressed garlic. Knead a ball from the dough ingredients (the dough should be elastic). Roll out a thin crust on a floured surface. Spread with sour cream and add slices, onion, tomatoes, and sautéed bacon/ham. Season with freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with thyme. Bake for about 10 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
