– 1 packet of cottage cheese
– 1 egg
– 4 tablespoons of flour
– pinch of salt
– favorite herbs (e.g. in the Provencal style)
– bruschetta tomatoes + garlic + oregano OLE!
– other favorite extras
Pour the cream from the cottage cheese and combine it with the egg, flour and herbs.
Mix everything well (do not use blender).
Spread the dough on a bake sheet lined with paper.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, until the bottom is golden.
After this time (if it no longer sticks to the paper), spread bruschetta on top and arrange your favorite additions (e.g. cheese, rocket, tomatoes, ham, olives). Bake until the cheese melts.
